Nun ja, strenggenommen, müsste das schon so Bild 34 sein, aber da ich die anderen nicht mehr habe, nummeriere ich halt nur die durch, die ich habe :). 

Wie man sieht, ist es mal wiedr eines mit traditionellem Pinsel und mit Farbe. 

#3d Mittagszeit

Again ArtRage today. And I've tried to work more impressionistic and to capture the color of the warm daylight today. I don't know why, but I have the feeling that the colors here on the web aren't exactly the ones I've seen on my monitor. They don't seem as bright and sunny here.

#2d Einsamer Fischer

My second digital sketch. This time done with ArtRage. I love how well this program is able to emulate the feeling of painting with oil colors. After this 10 minutes sketch I'm quite tempted to do a more elaborated painting.

Today I've bought a copy of  ImagineFX's Digital Painting. It was very inspiring and I can't wait to try some of the tutorials presented there.

So this is my first digital painting. Fly amanitas, could you tell?

Very colorful this time. I'll try to go more colorful with the digital paintings and stay more subdued with the gouache paintings.
I also plan to try more landscape and plein air paintings with the iPad as I can carry it around everywhere.

Back to work

After so much time, I'm determined to continue my journey. I actually continued my work for some more days, but I soon forgot to update my blog.

So I'll start all over again. Yet this time I will also try digital work. Maybe one day gouache, one day digital. We'll see how it goes.
